4. Payments and Transactions

All payments are handled directly between you and the activity providers. Burp does not process, store, or manage any payment transactions. Payment terms, pricing, and refund policies are set by individual activity providers.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set entirely by individual activity providers. Burp is not responsible for any refunds, cancellations, or payment disputes. Please contact the activity provider directly for all payment-related matters.

6. Platform Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Burp acts solely as a platform connecting users with activity providers. We are not responsible for:

  • The quality, safety, or delivery of services provided by activity providers
  • Any disputes, injuries, or issues arising from activities
  • Payment disputes, refunds, or financial transactions
  • Cancellations, no-shows, or scheduling conflicts
  • Any negative experiences with activity providers

Users engage with activity providers at their own risk and should contact providers directly for all service-related matters.

8. Third-Party Services

Activity providers are independent third parties. Burp does not control, endorse, or guarantee their services. Each provider is responsible for their own business practices, safety standards, and customer service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the platform belong to Burp or our licensed partners. Users retain ownership of content they create.

10. Privacy

11. Dispute Resolution

For disputes related to Burp's platform services, contact us directly. For disputes related to activities, payments, or services provided by activity providers, contact the provider directly. Platform-related disputes will be resolved under Australian law.
